Fees - Error/Late/Retention

Follow this flowchart if:

  • you feel you have been charged the wrong tuition fee amount; or
  • you are appealing a late fee; or
  • you are appealing a retention fee (an admin processing fee applied to refunds).

The Fee Rules provide details of Murdoch's fees and charges.

within 14 days of date of notification
by Central Student Administration.
