Parking Permit Applications

Welcome to the Murdoch University online parking permit application system.

Via this system, currently enrolled students and Full-time and Part-time staff may apply for Red or Green zone permits. Permits will be mailed to your nominated address on the next working day of your payment being received.

Please note that if you are a staff member and are currently paying for a 2008 permit via Payroll Deduction, your 2009 permit will be automatically processed and forwarded to the address recorded in the Human Resources system. You will not need to re-apply for 2009.

Casual staff and University contractors will need to apply in person at The Student Service Centre with a completed application form (see map).

Students should ensure that they select the appropriate permit (Full-time or Part-time) to reflect their actual or planned enrolment. Students enrolled in less than 9 credit points per semester are eligible for a Part-time permit. Students found to be holding a Part-time permit whilst enrolled in a Full-time load may have their permit cancelled.

If you are the holder of an ACROD sticker you do not need to apply for a separate blue Easy Access permit, as display of the ACROD sticker will permit parking within the nominated blue Easy Access bays. If you are wishing to apply for a temporary Easy Access bay (for people with a disability or medical condition), please apply with supporting documentation via the Disability Support Office (see map).

If you wish to apply for a Student Village or a new Reserved parking bay, you will need to apply in person at The Student Service Centre, with supporting documentation (Student Village) and a completed application form (see map). Holders of current Reserved parking bays will be contacted by the Student Service Centre to facilitate the renewal of the bay.
