Murdoch University is proud to provide a strong system of support to our diverse student population, and the Scholarships Office is an integral part of that structure. The Scholarships we offer reward outstanding achievement whether academic or through personal commitment to community. Importantly too, they are a recognition of the adversity our students can face that make studying more of a challenge.
The Scholarships Office administers scholarships aimed primarily at assisting undergraduate students but we also offer support to coursework postgraduates and our honours students. The supports our scholarships provide vary between one-off lump sum payments of between $1000 and $5000, and there are tuition fee waiver scholarships to facilitate specialised postgraduate qualifications.
Murdoch is always grateful to the individuals and organisations that make the Scholarships possible. Our individual donors are often people who have benefitted by their tertiary education at Murdoch and are keen to extend their opportunities to others, and the organisations seek to nurture talented students in their fields.
