Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice Social Justice Scholarship.

The establishment of a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice (C1063) Social Justice Scholarship accords with Murdoch University's long-standing, formal commitment to Social Justice. The Scholarship also recognises the recipient's commitment to Social Justice.

The University shall offer a maximum of one (1) Scholarship in any one semester that the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice (C1063) is running. The Scholarship will allow the individual to have the fees for the course (C1063) waived. The recipient will still be responsible for covering the costs of course materials.

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicant must:

• Meet the eligibility criteria for admission to the Graduate Certificate in Australian Law and Practice (C1063);
  and
• Be able to demonstrate an active commitment to social justice;
  and
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (this is a requirement for registration as a Migration Agent in Australia)

The University reserves the right not to award the scholarship if no applicant is considered suitable.
