RSTC Gordon Smith Scholarships

A number of scholarships will be available to commencing students who have entered Murdoch University's Rockingham Campus via the OnTrack programs.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship students must:-

• Be Australian Citizens or be Permanent Residents who meet the University's requirements for HECS deferral status (HECS-HELP);
  and
• Have entered Murdoch University via either the OnTrack program;
  and
• Be enrolled in one of the degree programs located at the Rockingham Campus;
  and
• Must reside in the Rockingham area.

The scholarship panel will be interested in the student's degree of educational disruption, level of financial hardship and motivation to achieve at a tertiary level.

No application is required as selection will be based on the information the applicant has provided on their initial UniQuest/UniAccess application, however the panel may seek further information if this is lacking from the student's application.
